Phase 1/2 study of YH42946, EGFR and HER2 (+ex20) inhibitor small molecule

YH42946-101 is a first-in-human, open-label, multicenter study from Yuhan Corporation evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity via dose escalation to determine the maximum tolerated dose followed by dose expansion to select the recommended dose.
