This first-in-human, dose-escalation study evaluates ADCE-T02 as a single agent in patients with unresectable advanced solid tumors who have progressed on ≥2 lines of therapy. The trial aims to determine the maximum tolerated dose, recommended dose, and overall safety profile by exploring multiple dose levels, while assessing preliminary antitumor activity to guide future therapy development.
