Phase 1 Trial of GEN1057 Targeting FAP alpha and DR4 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Genmab is conducting a first-in-human, open-label dose escalation study of GEN1057—a bispecific mAb targeting FAP alpha and DR4—to evaluate its safety and antitumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who are ineligible or intolerant to standard care. Participants will receive active drug only over an 11‑month study duration that includes up to 4 months on treatment.
