Phase 1 FIH XB010, a 5T4-targeted tubulin inhibitor ADC

This dose-escalation and expansion study evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of XB010 as a single agent or with pembrolizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including NSCLC, HR+ and triple-negative breast cancer. Exelixis sponsors the trial at multiple US sites.
