This Phase II study by the National Cancer Institute uses molecular screening with IHC assays to assign patients with advanced solid tumors lacking standard care options to one of three treatment cohorts. In each cohort, the ADC delivers its linked cytotoxic agent—sacituzumab govitecan with SN38, enfortumab vedotin with MMAE, and trastuzumab deruxtecan with a topoisomerase I inhibitor—to target overexpressed tumor antigens.
