Krystal Biotech is evaluating KB707—a replication-defective, HSV-1-derived vector expressing IL-2 and IL-12—administered via nebulization in advanced solid tumor malignancies affecting the lungs. The study includes single-agent dose escalation and expansion cohorts, with later cohorts combining KB707 with Keytruda in NSCLC patients who have progressed on or are ineligible for standard therapy.
