Phase III Trial Compares Tisagenlecleucel Versus Standard Therapy in r/r Follicular Lymphoma

Novartis is leading a multi-center trial that randomizes adult r/r follicular lymphoma patients to receive either a single infusion of CD19-directed CAR-T cell therapy (tisagenlecleucel) or standard regimens (R2 or R-CHOP). The study aims to directly evaluate the efficacy of CAR-T therapy against established standard-of-care approaches.
