Case Western is assessing the safety and manufacturing feasibility of UF-KURE19—a CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapy modified via a shortened lentiviral process—in patients with relapsed non-Hodgkin lymphoma (with or without prior ASCT). Participants receive lymphodepleting chemotherapy with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide before weight-based UF-KURE19 infusion.
