Memorial Sloan Kettering is evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of intrathecal deferoxamine in patients with leptomeningeal metastases from solid tumors, including NSCLC. This open-label, dose-escalation study aims to identify a recommended phase 2 dose while exploring preliminary antitumor efficacy for both recurrent and newly diagnosed cases.
