MSK is running a phase I trial combining fixed-dose ruxolitinib with dose-escalated duvelisib to assess safety and early signals of efficacy in relapsed/refractory NK/T-cell lymphomas, including ALCL and CTCL. The study uses a standard 3+3 dose-escalation design with expansion cohorts stratified by JAK/STAT mutation status.
