This open-label phase 1 trial enrolls patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and other advanced solid tumors who are intolerant of or have failed standard therapies. During the dose-escalation phase, participants first receive a single run-in dose followed by daily or twice-daily dosing in repeated 28-day cycles under a 3+3 design to assess safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics; ABSK-011 targets oncogenic kinase pathways.
