Inhibrx Biosciences is launching an open-label, multi-part study to determine the safety, maximum tolerated dose, and potential antitumor activity of INBRX-106—an OX40-targeted agonist protein—administered alone or in combination with pembrolizumab (and in some cohorts, additional chemotherapy). The trial spans multiple advanced solid tumor settings, including NSCLC, melanoma, and head and neck cancers, aiming to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose for these combinatorial regimens.
