Virginia Commonwealth University is testing a combination of neratinib—a HER2/HER4/EGFR inhibitor—and divalproex sodium in advanced solid tumors, with particular attention to RAS-mutated cancers, EGFR-altered glioblastoma, and ocular melanoma. The study aims to determine the RP2D in a dose-escalation phase and then explore antitumor activity in multiple expansion cohorts.
