Phase I ATLCAR.CD30.CCR4: CAR‑T cells targeting CD30 with CCR4‑mediated tumor homing
- Trial ID
- NCT03602157 on ClinicalTrials.gov
- Cancer type
- Solid Tumors
- Published in
- New in Oncology - June 16, 2025
This study evaluates ATLCAR.CD30.CCR4 therapy—administered alone or with ATLCAR.CD30 cells—to determine safe dosing in patients with relapsed/refractory CD30+ lymphomas (including Hodgkin, Grey Zone, and T‑cell variants). Conducted by UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, it is the first trial to combine these modified CAR‑T cells for improved tumor homing.
