Phase 1/2 Study of anti-KRAS G12V mTCR Cells, a Targeted KRAS G12V TCR-T Therapy

National Cancer Institute is evaluating safety and tumor response of anti-KRAS G12V mTCR cells given with chemotherapy and cytokine treatment in adults with metastatic NSCLC, gastric, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers expressing KRAS G12V. This first-in-human trial assesses feasibility of gene-modified T-cell therapy delivered during a brief hospital stay.
