In this phase I study of 20 patients with relapsed/refractory B‑cell non‑Hodgkin lymphoma, the combination of evorpacept (a potent CD47 blocker) with lenalidomide and rituximab demonstrated a 90% overall response rate and 80% complete response rate, with no dose-limiting toxicities observed and encouraging two-year progression-free and overall survival.
Revitalizing the tumor immune microenvironment through the evorpacept plus R2 regimen not only significantly exceeds historical response benchmarks but also supports further development in high-risk lymphoma populations.
