In a phase 2 study of 42 advanced NSCLC patients with uncommon EGFR mutations, sac-TMT achieved an objective response rate of 35.7%, a disease control rate of 85.7%, and a median progression-free survival of 9.5 months; Grade ≥3 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 52.4% of patients, predominantly neutrophil and WBC count decreases, anemia, and stomatitis, and no pulmonary toxicities were observed. No TRAE led to treatment discontinuation.
Take home
Excited to see another ADC with mid-30% ORR, and although the Grade 3+ TEAE rate is high, no one had to discontinue for it. These findings highlight sac-TMT’s potential as a viable treatment option warranting further investigation in this underserved patient population.
