Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center compares standard UD expanded NK cells with TGF-β–imprinted NK cells in cutaneous SCC/BCC using diagnostic biopsy → intratumoral injection → surgical excision. Most cSCC/BCC are cured with surgery/RT; for difficult or post-immunotherapy cases, locally boosting innate cytotoxicity could improve clear margins and local control. Safety and pathologic/regression markers in the resection specimen are key.
