Open-label testing of EV in a post-progression setting, including after pembrolizumab-based regimens, where options are often limited to chemo or lenvatinib+pembro backbones. EV’s success in urothelial cancer plus nectin-4 expression in about half of all endometrial tumors supports this leap. ORR/DOR and toxicity (rash, neuropathy) will set the bar for expansion. We will be using IHC or Mass Spec to determine who to send to the trial.
