- Stage of research
- Exploratory
- Location
- MD Anderson (Houston)

This Phase 2 biomarker study at MD Anderson Cancer Center evaluates SAR445877, an investigational immunotherapy from Sanofi (acquired with Kadmon in 2021) that combines a PD-1 antibody fused with a safer version of IL-15, in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have previously received immune checkpoint inhibitors. Participants receive intravenous infusions every 14 days to assess drug activity and potential biomarkers, aiming to determine SAR445877’s ability to control disease progression in an ICI-refractory population; after PD-1 failure, docetaxel ± ramucirumab or chemo is common, so this probes a post-IO salvage path.
