This Phase 2 trial evaluates tarlatamab, a DLL3 and CD3 directed bispecific monoclonal antibody, in patients with metastatic, DLL3‐positive prostate cancer that is refractory or relapsed after prior treatment (where 76.6% of NEPC are expected to express DLL3). Using a dosing regimen that starts with a lower dose followed by full-dose administration, the study aims to assess efficacy in a second- or third-line setting. Sponsored by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
