- Trial ID
- NCT07107750 on ClinicalTrials.gov
- Cancer type
- Biliary Cancer
- Stage of research
- Exploratory
- Location
- Washington University

This trial evaluates CA-4948, an IRAK4/FLT3 inhibitor, with gemcitabine (ribonucleotide reductase inhibitor), cisplatin (DNA synthesis inhibitor), and durvalumab (PD-L1 antibody) on a 21-day cycle in treatment-naïve patients with unresectable, advanced biliary adenocarcinoma. Conducted by Washington University School of Medicine, it aims to overcome tumor microenvironment resistance and enhance chemoimmunotherapy efficacy.
