This Phase 1b study led by Memorial Sloan Kettering is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of combining teclistamab and mezigdomide in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least three prior treatments. The trial begins with 14 days of mezigdomide priming to sensitize myeloma cells and activate T-cells, followed by step-up dosing of teclistamab and subsequent combination therapy.
