Investigating nab-Sirolimus in a non-randomized, open-label, single-arm Phase II trial, Sarcoma Alliance for Research through Collaboration assesses the objective response rate by RECIST v1.1 in patients with progressive or symptomatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma requiring systemic treatment. Nab-Sirolimus, a nanoparticle albumin-bound mTOR inhibitor, is administered intravenously at 100 mg/m² on Days 1 and 8 of each 21-day cycle; EHE has few active options—mTOR-class disease control exists, and albumin-bound sirolimus may refine activity/tolerability.
