CatalYm GmbH sponsors a multi-part Phase 2b study comparing visugromab with pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and carboplatin versus placebo plus standard immunochemotherapy. The trial targets first-line treatment for patients with metastatic non-squamous NSCLC without actionable mutations, evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of adding a novel anti‐GDF15 agent to established immunochemotherapy.
