This Phase II study at AstraZeneca and select centers evaluates three sub-studies in advanced or metastatic NSCLC. It tests rilvegostomig—a Tigit and PD-1 bispecific mAb—with ramucirumab, a VEGFR2-directed antibody, in first-line patients with varied PD-L1 expression, and Dato-DXd—a TROP2-directed ADC—in second-line settings. The trial aims to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary antitumor activity across defined NSCLC populations.
