This phase II study by the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center evaluates neoadjuvant ivonescimab in patients with stage II-IV resectable head and neck cancer. Ivonescimab, a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF, is administered via IV every 21 days for up to 3 cycles followed by surgery; imaging and biospecimen collection assess its impact on tumor biology and optimize surgical outcomes.
