This early Phase 1 trial is assessing OMO-103, a dominant-negative MYC inhibitor (Omomyc miniprotein) that disrupts MYC–MAX, in patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Participants receive scheduled IV infusions along with imaging and biopsy evaluations to measure pharmacodynamic effects. Sponsored by OHSU Knight Cancer Institute, the study aims to clarify how drug exposure alters tumor biology.
