This randomized Mayo Clinic study tests whether a TPE lead-in before enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab improves outcomes versus standard next-line therapy in patients with metastatic, refractory urothelial or upper-tract urothelial carcinoma. The trial evaluates safety and antitumor activity with imaging and biomarker follow-up.
