Phase I CVHNLC mRNA immunotherapy plus pembrolizumab PD-1 inhibitor study in metastatic sqNSCLC

This open-label, first-in-human trial by CureVac evaluates safety and tolerability of investigational CVHNLC—an mRNA therapy intended to trigger anti-tumor immune responses—in combination with pembrolizumab and, in dose expansion, chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) in patients with unresectable metastatic squamous NSCLC.
