Phase II Dato-DXd ADC Targeting TROP2 and Topoisomerase I in TNBC.

This prospective, interventional single-arm trial by UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center evaluates ctDNA-based MRD in stage II/III triple negative breast cancer patients with residual disease post-neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy. Investigational Dato-DXd—an antibody-drug conjugate combining TROP2 targeting and Topo-1 inhibition—is administered during post-surgery surveillance to assess ctDNA-only recurrence, safety, and early efficacy.
