This Phase 1 window study at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center evaluates tirzepatide’s potential to improve metabolic milieu and disrupt tumor biology in obese women with early-stage endometrial carcinoma. Participants receive a baseline biopsy followed by post-treatment surgical specimen analysis to assess changes in insulin, lipid, and mTOR signaling pathways.
