This Phase II trial evaluates the safety and efficacy of combining sacituzumab govitecan, a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate delivering SN38, with cetuximab, an EGFR monoclonal antibody. It enrolls patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who progressed after first-line therapy, and is conducted by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to assess if this novel combination improves clinical outcomes.
