This Phase 2 trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center evaluates consolidation therapy with obecabtagene autoleucel, a CD19-directed CAR-T, in patients with newly diagnosed high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in morphological remission. The study, informed by dosing from the FELIX trial, is investigating efficacy and safety for both Ph-negative and Ph-positive subtypes, representing a novel consolidation approach for this challenging patient population.
