This study at M.D. Anderson evaluates the safety and efficacy of revumenib (Menin-MLL inhibitor) with daunorubicin (Topoisomerase II inhibitor), cytarabine (DNA synthesis inhibitor), and gemtuzumab ozogamicin in pediatric patients with AML or MPAL, either relapsed/refractory or frontline. Phase Ia establishes the maximum tolerable dose of revumenib, while Phase Ib examines whether this dose can achieve disease control in a controlled inpatient setting.
