This Phase I trial at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital tests the safety and feasibility of an early CD45RA-depleted donor lymphocyte infusion following a TCRαβ-depleted haploidentical transplant in patients with hematologic malignancies. Participants undergo a preparative regimen with chemotherapy agents and ATG, with blinatumomab added post-DLI for CD19+ disease in a novel combinatorial approach. The study design represents a first-in-human evaluation of this innovative transplant immunotherapy strategy.
