This phase II trial evaluates consolidative extirpative surgery for patients with locally advanced or oligo-metastatic urothelial carcinoma who achieved disease control with enfortumab vedotin-based systemic therapy. The interventional study involves radical cystectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection and metastasectomy for resectable or previously radiated metastatic sites, using either open or robotic approach per surgeon discretion. Sponsored by Yale University, the study explores a novel surgical strategy following targeted treatment against Nectin-4.
