This Phase 2 study by the University of Utah evaluates a reduced radiation course, using 10 fractions delivered via a brachytherapy radiation device, compared to standard radiation therapy (with chemotherapy if indicated) in patients with intermediate risk, HPV-mediated oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma treated with trans-oral robotic surgery. The trial aims to assess whether the shorter schedule can improve quality of life while maintaining treatment efficacy.
