Phase Ib/II Zanzalintinib Trial: cMet/VEGFR Inhibitor for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This Phase Ib/II trial led by Northwestern University assesses zanzalintinib, a small molecule inhibitor of cMet and VEGFR, for safety, dose-finding, and preliminary effectiveness in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who have received prior therapies and meet Child Pugh A-B7 criteria.
