This Phase I trial evaluates asciminib as maintenance therapy for adults with Philadelphia chromosome positive ALL following HSCT or CAR T cell therapy. Patients receive asciminib orally once or twice daily for 28-day cycles while undergoing scheduled echocardiograms and bone marrow assessments. The study examines asciminib’s Bcr-Abl inhibition to prevent relapse, with City of Hope Medical Center sponsoring this investigation into novel post-cellular therapy strategies.
