This Phase 2 study at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center evaluates the combination of tiragolumab—a TIGIT-directed monoclonal antibody—and ivonescimab—a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF—in patients with progressive lung squamous cell carcinoma who have failed prior platinum doublet and anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapies. The single-arm trial will assess tumor control in a challenging NSCLC population to explore a new dual inhibition strategy.
