Phase 1b Olutasidenib IDH1 inhibitor trial in IDH1-mutated myeloid cancers

This study from MD Anderson Cancer Center evaluates the safety and tolerability of olutasidenib-based combination regimens in relapsed/refractory AML or MDS/MPN with co-signaling mutations. Patients are assigned to treatment arms combining olutasidenib with cladribine and cytarabine—with or without venetoclax (a BCL2 inhibitor), gilteritinib (a FLT3 inhibitor), or ruxolitinib (a JAK1 inhibitor)—to inform future precision treatment strategies.
