Phase II trial of pembrolizumab PD‑1 inhibitor in advanced cutaneous sarcoma

This single arm, open-label Phase II study evaluates pembrolizumab monotherapy given every 21 days in adult patients with advanced cutaneous sarcomas (excluding angiosarcoma). Sponsored by H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, the trial aims to assess efficacy in a rare and understudied patient population, enrolling approximately 17 participants.
