This open-label, multicenter platform study evaluates safety and efficacy of AB248 with rilvegostomig, alone or with standard chemotherapy, in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (PD-L1 ≥1%). It aims to determine recommended combination doses and assess preliminary clinical activity.
