This study evaluates escalating IV doses of rhIL-15 combined with dinutuximab, irinotecan, and temozolomide administered in 21-day cycles. It enrolls children and young adults (ages 3–35) with relapsed or refractory neuroblastoma to assess safety, dosing, and preliminary efficacy under the National Cancer Institute.
