This randomized, open-label, multi-center study by Novartis evaluates safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of two JSB462 dosing regimens combined with standard abiraterone versus standard ARPIs in adult males with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. JSB462, presumed to block androgen receptor signaling, is investigated alongside abiraterone’s CYP17/CYP20 inhibition to identify the optimal dose for Phase III development.
