This randomized controlled trial evaluates first-line treatment in advanced or recurrent HER2-expressing endometrial cancer. Patients receive T-DXd with rilvegostomig or pembrolizumab versus standard chemotherapy plus pembrolizumab. AstraZeneca is investigating progression-free survival using novel ADC and immunotherapy combinations.
