This global, multicenter open-label randomized study compares RLY-2608 plus fulvestrant versus capivasertib plus fulvestrant in patients with locally advanced or metastatic HR+/HER2– breast cancer harboring PIK3CA mutations who have progressed on or after CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy.
