This open-label, multi-site study by SCRI Development Innovations, LLC compares consolidation and maintenance strategies after induction therapy in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma patients. In Arm A, patients receive elranatamab—with its dual BCMA/CD3 targeting—and daratumumab, while Arm B involves autologous stem cell transplant followed by lenalidomide and daratumumab, with treatment adjustments based on bone marrow minimal residual disease results.
