This Phase 3 trial compares sac-TMT (a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate) plus pembrolizumab and chemotherapy to a pembrolizumab-chemotherapy regimen as neoadjuvant treatment. Enrolling patients with high-risk, early-stage triple-negative or hormone receptor–low/HER2-negative breast cancer, this randomized, open-label study sponsored by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC evaluates whether adding sac-TMT, with its targeted delivery of a belotecan-derived payload, improves tumor response and long-term outcomes post-surgery.
